Objectives: we want to help the participants in :

- the appropriation of several grids of caracterization of technology and management tools articulating technology and business strategy,

- the recognition of the competitive power of technology and its weight in the strategic decision,

- the development of the understanding and analysis and decision capacities that could be helpful in management situations where technology is the source of perturbation and the implementation of competitive advantages based on technology

- maintaining an organizational culture based on innovation and creativity
